Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@clynaria.com as soon as possible. We’ll make every effort to process your request.
- Cancellations can only be made before the order has been processed.
- Once processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
Should you decide not to keep the item after delivery, you can initiate a return by following the steps provided below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

After verification, you can choose between a free replacement or full refund.
For those cases, the cost of return shipping is our responsibility.

- For non-faulty returns (e.g., change of mind), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
