To ensure complete traceability, all orders include tracking details. As soon as your package ships, we'll email you the tracking details.

How long does it take from order to delivery?

Our total delivery time includes 1 to 3 days (Monday–Friday) processing time + 4 to 6 days (Monday–Friday) transit time, totaling 5–9 business days.

Do you charge for delivery?

No, Clynaria offers free delivery on all orders within Australia.

What to do if my order does not arrive within the expected delivery time?

If your order is late, please allow an additional 3 business days past the original estimated delivery window.

If your package has still not arrived after this extra time, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@clynaria.com for us to investigate and assist with a resolution.

What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM AEST are processed the same business day.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

After verification, you can choose between a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Cancellations can only be made before the order has been processed.
  • Once processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

Who's responsible for the returns costs?

For non-faulty returns (e.g., change of mind), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model?

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or colour), please contact our team to start the process.

Once your request is received and approved, our team will provide you with clear, step-by-step instructions to complete the return and arrange for the shipment of your replacement item.
